To submit an application for city services, you must present two forms of identification.

Bills are due to the city on the 17th of each month. Past due bills will incur late fees and/or disconnection.
You can mail your payment to:

Pay OnlineRequired Deposits
If you are renting or purchasing on contract, you are required to pay a deposit of $500 for city-owned electric, water, and sewer. There is no deposit when you own your property.
Garbage
In City Limits Fee: $10.00 per month
Have garbage at curbside by 10pm
Tuesday Evening – All residents south of Conrail Railroad
Wednesday Evening – All residents north of Conrail Railroad
